This strategic acquisition marks a pivotal milestone in Opiquad’s expansion across the United States, integrating its growing portfolio of Cloud, Connectivity, and Cybersecurity services into RTA’s robust wholesale network — serving more than 80 Internet Service Providers (ISPs) nationwide.
With this transaction, Opiquad achieves a true national footprint, enabling coverage across all four major U.S. regions — Eastern, Midwest, Mountain, and Pacific — strengthening its position as a multi-regional provider of advanced infrastructure and managed services for carriers, enterprises, and cloud-native businesses.
